- Full Site Surveys and Service Specifications to ensure complete clarity on the expectations of the Client and a means to coherently communicate this to all partners.
- Duty Management are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year to ensure that issues and requests can be accommodated in real time. A dedicated Service Manager, specified to you on day 1, will oversee the management of your contract and provide continuity of service throughout.
- A solution is all encompassing, not just the bodies on the ground. Bespoke uniforms with partner branding, state of the art Body Worn Video equipment, ongoing professional development training systems and high-quality communications equipment are not added extras with Complete Security Group;all are included with every contract to ensure the maintenance of the high standards that we pride ourselves on.
